This most incredible work of musical genius is available for download from our store as of today and then on Beatport, DNBA, Trackitdown and Junodownload from 12/12/11. We're gonna celebrate with a fireworks display over at LiquidEDGEs. Good times.

With the summer months now drawn to a close we've been busy here at the Mutation HQ. The new website is finally ready. We got a free section with loadsa mixes and free tracks to give away, we got a news letter mailing list, we've even got an mp3 shop. Pretty neat, Berns has been busy. We got loads else too, a new release named 'Escaping The Abyss' from LiquidEDGE & Berns, featuring none other than the legendary TL on guitar, on the flip-side of this is 'Identify' by Berns (with a little help on the mix from L.E.); both tracks can be bought in the mp3 shop now and you can also buy from Beatport from 3rd October, then DNBA, Trackitdown and Junodownload later in the month. The audio page and shop have previews. So yeah, lots to see and do on mutationonline, head to the free section, log in and enjoy.

We got an exclusive Artists mix from Oversight to give away this month, featuring tracks from his current EP 'Going In Circles' together with unreleased dubs and some snippets of his forthcoming EP 'Something's Missing'. Some seriously deep, chilled out vibes are the order of the day with the debut release of the 'Going In Circles' E.P. from our man Oversight. Available from the 20th June on Beatport followed by Drum and Bass Arena (4th July) then available through Trackitdown and Junodownload a week later on 11th July. As always, check the audio page for previews of all three tracks. Big.

Another XenonCodec release is just over the horizon with 'Saki' & 'Shuriken' both available on Beatport from May 23rd and all other outlets from the 27th. Check the audio page for previews of both.

Loads has been going on this past month. We got a new artist signing to the label and many a tune to release and Spawn got bored of his moniker and so shall henceforth be known as Berns (or Bernside, Capt. Berns, Berns Night, etc etc). Out with the old and in with the new we say. OK, so the new signing goes by the name Oversight, but don't be fooled by the name, he definitely doesn't overlook a thing when it comes to his production. This chap is bang on the buttons and we're looking forward to hearing (and remixing!) some of his choicest tracks. Keep a keen ear out for his forthcoming releases. We've also got some massive tracks due for release this month, XenonCodec track 'Genie' and its remix are due out and for May the first release from Oversight, so stay locked. Also, we got new clips on the audio player. We've had these tracks as works-in-progress on the soundcloud for a few months now and have finally got round to finishing them both. Check out the audio page for clips of both 'Escaping the Abyss' & 'Identify', they're due for release this April. So that's it for another month, stay tuned and keep it bless.

So with the festive break over for another year it's about time the site was updated. With some new clips from XenonCodec pon the upload, a free mp3 of your choice up for grabs and MUTATIONonline now on the Facebook it's been a busy month. Also, within the next month (or so) some fresh mixes are to be uploaded, check the mixes page for updates on that. We've also got a February release planned for a XenonCodec track named 'Genie', it sounded sick so it's been given a (respectfully) well deserved re-edit which'll feature as the 'b' side of MUT011. Check the audio player for clips of both.

After some final tweaks and finishing touches both 'First Contact' & 'Peaceful Future' are set for release exclusively on Beatport from Monday 6th December and will be available from all other outlets on Monday 20th December. Head on over to Beatport now to preview and buy all current Mutation releases. We can also announce the signing of XenonCodec and Echelon to the Mutation label. Check the audio player for a clip of a recent track by XenonCodec which is set for release sometime in the new year. We're expecting big things from these two.

With the new Mutation studio up and running, Liquidedge and Spawn have put their creative heads together for the first time in months and (after many hours of head-scratching and foot-tapping) finally got the first two tracks of the new studio completed. Named 'First Contact' & 'Peaceful Future', they hope for these tracks to set a standard for all Mutation releases. Both tracks are set for release very soon and expect much more to arrive from Mutation in the coming months. The audio page has previews.
